Make a day of it in Birmingham, with the perfect stop for purchasing gifts in the city's shopping centre at the Bullring before jumping on board The Polar Express™ at Moor Street Station, then finishing your day soaking up the atmosphere of the season at the famous Christmas Market. Produced by PNP Events, the journey forms part of a nationwide tradition that has delighted hundreds of thousands of guests over the years. Last season alone, more than 200,000 passengers enjoyed the experience across the UK, creating treasured memories with family and friends.

This year we are offering two different tickets, Classic and First-Class.
- Our First Class ticket holders, in addition to comfier seating, also each receive an Exclusive First Class ceramic souvenir mug.
- Our Classic ticket holders see the same great performance as First Class.

The excitement starts as the Conductor calls out the famous words, "ALL ABOARD!" Friendly Chefs welcome guests onto the train and help everyone settle into their seats before the adventure begins.
As the train departs the Moor Street Station, the magic unfolds around you. Talented performers bring scenes from the beloved story to life through music, storytelling and interactive performances, filling every carriage with festive energy.
Throughout the journey, you'll meet familiar characters from THE POLAR EXPRESS™. The Chefs, the Conductor and other memorable faces from the story help transport you into a world where Christmas magic feels wonderfully real.
No trip aboard THE POLAR EXPRESS™ would be complete without a delicious serving of hot chocolate and a tasty cookie, delivered by our singing and dancing Chefs. It's the perfect opportunity to sit back, soak up the atmosphere and enjoy precious time together with family and friends.

Festive Treats and Magical Moments
As the story continues, you may hear an unexpected sound above your carriage. Was that the gentle ringing of sleigh bells? Then comes the moment everyone has been waiting for.
Santa Claus himself makes a special appearance on board, visiting each carriage to greet guests personally. Believers will receive the treasured First Gift of Christmas, a beautiful silver sleigh bell of their own to remember the occasion.
Meanwhile, the Conductor continues his rounds with the familiar cry of "Tickets, please!", making sure every passenger's Golden Ticket is ready for inspection.
