All aboard for a magical Christmas adventure! We offer two ticket options for THE POLAR EXPRESS™ Train Ride Birmingham: Classic and First Class.
Adult and child tickets are priced the same, and all guests require a valid ticket to travel. Infants under the age of two can join the experience as a 'baby on lap' ticket.
Whichever ticket you choose, you'll enjoy an unforgettable journey filled with festive fun, music, storytelling and Christmas magic.

Classic Tickets:

- A fully immersive theatrical experience featuring characters from the beloved story

- A silver sleigh bell, the treasured First Gift of Christmas, for every guest
- Access to the official THE POLAR EXPRESS™ gift shop, where themed merchandise is available to purchase
First Class Tickets:
Everything included in a Classic Class ticket, plus:
- One exclusive THE POLAR EXPRESS™ Train Ride souvenir bag per booking group
- A commemorative THE POLAR EXPRESS™ Train Ride souvenir mug for every guest included in the booking
Available to First Class passengers only

**Children under the age of two will receive a sleigh bell but do not receive food or drink as part of their infant ticket.

Please note that our train uses heritage railway carriages. As a result, carriage layouts, seating arrangements and interior features may vary between coaches.
Classic and First Class tickets cannot be mixed within the same order. All tickets must be the same class.
