The excitement begins as the Conductor's famous cry of "ALL ABOARD!" echoes through the station. Welcomed by our cheerful chefs, you'll step onto the train, find your seats and prepare for the adventure ahead. As the train departs, favourite songs from THE POLAR EXPRESS™ fill the carriage, performed live by our talented cast as the story starts to come to life around you.
Throughout the journey, you'll encounter familiar characters from the beloved tale. The energetic chefs, the watchful Conductor and perhaps even the mysterious ghost who roams the train all play their part in bringing the magic of THE POLAR EXPRESS™ to life, creating an immersive experience for guests of every age.
As you settle into the festive atmosphere, you'll be treated to a warming hot chocolate and a delicious cookie to enjoy along the way. The first gift of Christmas from Santa
Just when you think the journey couldn't become any more magical, a sound from above catches everyone's attention. Was that a gentle thud on the roof? And can you hear the unmistakable ringing of sleigh bells? Eyes turn towards the carriage door as a very special visitor arrives.
Santa Claus, affectionately known as Mr C, steps into the carriage to the delight of children and grown-ups alike. Taking time to meet guests personally, he presents each child with the treasured First Gift of Christmas, a beautiful silver sleigh bell to take home and cherish. Santa's friendly Elf is on hand to ensure that adults receive their own bell too, making the moment special for the whole family.
As the excitement continues, the Conductor makes his way through the train with his familiar call of "Tickets, please!", carefully checking every passenger's Golden Ticket as the adventure unfolds.
